Abstract Funding Acknowledgements Type of funding sources: None. Objective To analyze the impact declining kidney function on occurrence slow-flow/no-reflow phenomenon, in patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEM) who had been treated primary PCI (pPCI), and to prognostic phenomenon short- long-term mortality these patients. Methods We analyzed 3,115 consecutive A value estimation glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) at admission eGFR<90ml/min/m2 was considered be a reduced baseline eGFR. The follow-up period 8 years. Results through IRA registered 146 (4.7%) Stimated GFR<90ml/min/m2 an independent predictor for (OR2.91, 95%CI 1.25-3.95, p<0.001), risk increased decline function: eGFR 60-89 ml/min/m2: OR1.94 (95%C 1.22-3.07, p=0.005), 45-59ml/min/m2: OR 2.55(95%CI 1.55-4.94, 30-44 ml/min/m2; 2.77(95%CI 1.43-5.25, 15-29 5.84 (95%CI 2.84-8.01, p<0.001). In-hospital, 30-day, 1-year, 8-year were significantly higher as compared TIMI flow grade 3 – in-hospital 30.1% vs 2.9%, respectively, p<0.001; 30-day mortality: 31.5% 3.2%, 38.1% 6.9%, p<0.001 (Figure 1). strong short-and all-cause (HR 2.62, 1.78-3.57, 2.09, 1.49-2.09, Conclusion Reduced its started mildest decrease (below 90ml/min/m2), further decline.

No-Reflow Phenomenon in Patients with ST-Elevation Acute Myocardial Infarction, Treated with Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention: A Study of Predictive Factors
Introduction: No-reflow phenomenon in coronary vessels, manifested in some patients with reperfused acute myocardial infarction (MI), is associated with poor clinical and functional outcomes. Therefore, evaluation of predisposing risk factors can be helpful in risk assessment and identification of patients at higher risk. Herein, we aimed to study the predictive factors for the development of...
متن کاملPrimary percutaneous coronary intervention: devices to prevent no-reflow phenomenon
Primary percutaneous coronary intervention, where available, has become the therapy of choice in myocardial reperfusion during ST-elevation myocardial infarction. However, in a significant proportion of patients, owing to a high thrombus burden, myocardial perfusion is not fully achieved in the epicardial vessel. This phenomenon has been attributed predominantly to the distal embolization of th...
متن کاملPredicting the no-reflow phenomenon following successful percutaneous coronary intervention.
In the setting of acute myocardial infarction, early and adequate reopening of an infarct-related artery is not necessarily followed by a complete restoration of myocardial perfusion. This condition is usually defined as 'no-reflow'. The pathophysiology of no-reflow is multifactorial since extravascular compression, microvascular vasoconstriction, embolization during percutaneous coronary inter...
